The ship is considerably smaller than the Solstice on which we cruised around Australia but it's the largest cruise ship that can go through the Panama Canal. It's 962 feet long and displace 92,000 tons. It clears the locks by about 2 feet on each side.

The ship was refurbished a couple of years ago and has some amenities we haven't seen before. Both the indoor and outdoor pools have wheelchair lifts and the indoor pool has been converted into a therapy pool sort of a giant hot tub. Much of the furniture has been replaced (though unfortunately not in our cabin. The service, as usual is exceptional.

Our cabin is smaller than the one on Solstice but has a nice balcony and a large bathroom. The balcony gives the cabin an airy feel.

There's music throughout the ships with groups playing in the various lounges. The shows have been good.
