At Cabo we cooked and danced Salsa. On one of our early cruises we signed up for a cooking tour. It was so much fun that we decided that when another cooking tour was offered we would take it. The first time we cooked fish and drank wine on the beach in Cozumel. On this tour we made salsa and drank Margaritas in the Hacienda El Coyote in Cabo San Lucas.

Our group split up into five tables of six. We were joined by our friends Bill and Carolyn from Phoenix. Each person had dishes with all the necessary ingredients. Two volunteers were called for to demonstrate making hot and mild salsa. Azi volunteered to do the hot salsa and got to wear a red sombrero for the rest of the cooking. We made six different salsas including two used for desserts.

After the cooking we got to dance the salsa. It's actually not that hard once you have enough to drink.

Cabo is basically a tourist town with beaches and sport fishing as the main attractions. After leaving the restaurant we went back to the harbor area to look around and shop. The town was wall-to-wall tourists going to shops and restaurants very like the ones we've seen in other tourist towns. We got a couple of t-shirts for Dylan and Jonah and then headed back to the ship.
